This poor canvas has served as many things from chalkboard to oil painting, but it is this acrylic version I love the most. Read more about it in my etsy store. www.beckysusanne.etsy.com

Noah's Ark
A couple of years ago I asked my uncle to make Lukas a wooden toy Noah's Ark, and he did. It sat on a shelf for a long time and Lukas never played with it. So a few weeks ago I got it and decided to paint it. Oskar immediately took notice, and he loves it. Here is the finished product.

update!
Well I have exciting news! Looks like I'm finally going to get to do my first art festival. This coming May 31rst and June 1rst I will be participating at Finster Fest. I am so excited and so scared. (more about that later) I have been trying to make things like crazy but it is hard when you have two little ones to look after. A lot of the cards and some of the paintings have been greatly influenced by motherhood.
For example I have become obsessed with coloring with crayons. Therefor I have been making lots of cards with crayons. Here are a few.

New Cards!!!
I'm working on some new cards for spring. I'm hoping I will be able to participate in an art fair or festival of some sort, and to do so I need a good supply of cards to sell. So far this is what I have. These are all hand drawn with black ink (and a little blue) and colored with colored pencils.
The envelopes match the cards.

selling on etsy?
I'm thinking about trying to sell stuff on etsy. starting with some cards that I've made. My scanner isn't working so I'm trying to take pictures of the cards and I'm not sure I like how they turned out. Here some are...
